Suddenly it’s already measuring time. This time it’s another wall I need to breakthrough. I am stuck in the 90 kg range. I was 90.25 kg yesterday and was ready to get into the 89 kg range, but this morning my weight jumped 600 grams. My last result on April 4, 2022, was 90.6 kg (199.73 lbs). These are my results today.

Yesterday I planned to have my blood taken today for a lab test. I wanted to have my blood tested for sugar, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels. That kind of bloodwork requires fasting between 10-12 hours, but no more. Because I meant to go to the lab at 7 in the morning, I delayed closing my eating window from 4PM to 7PM to make sure I fasted for 12 hours or less. On top of that, because it was Sunday, I had some additional snacks. I blew my calorie budget by over 300 calories.
Then later I remembered that I had to do a presentation in the morning, and I could not go to the lab. Great. So I weighed in this morning with a 0.6 kg increase instead of breaking into the 89 kg range. Talk about bad planning.
So I have to deal with another delay. That’s fine. I ate less than 1,200 calories today, and I walked for 30 minutes. I hope that will deliver good results tomorrow.
