I am happy to report that I am on target based on my 1-kilogram a week plan. My last weight on March 21 was 93.15 kg (205.36 lbs). Here are my measurements this morning.

I already reached 91.7 kg last Friday. Saturday we threw a party celebrating my niece’s 3rd birthday. I was very careful to avoid the kind of calamity that caused me to gain 1 kilogram in one day. I had a little over 2,000 calories throughout the day, thanks to party food and beer. That is 500 calories above my budget. But I made sure that I ramped up my physical activities. I took a walk for a few minutes, and after the party was over, I scrubbed the bathroom clean to expend the extra calories. It worked! I was s still 91.7 kg on Sunday morning. Yay!

Yesterday was an easy day. Before I closed my eating window, I had a beer and two fried drumsticks. It was glorious. I did some leg workouts, scrubbed the carport, and today I weighed less! This is what I love about intermittent fasting. Yes, I had to deal with cravings and hunger, but I still can eat and drink what I like as long as I am mindful of what I am eating and maintain more than a 12-hour fasting window.*
