Here is my weight loss result for the 4th week. My last measurement on February 14, 2022, was 96.05 kg (211.75 lbs).

4th week vs initial measurements

Compared to the 3rd week, I’m on track to losing roughly 1 kg per week. I screwed up a bit when I had a soju mixed with beer last Saturday. My weight went up immediately the next day, from 94.90 kg to 95.35 kg. Last week when I only drank soju, I experienced relatively no adverse effects. I still lost weight the next morning. The beer is awful to my weight. If I didn’t have it, I would have reached 94.6 kg today. Argh!

I also inadvertently had 17-hour fasting last night. My wife made some tuna bread and had two with my afternoon coffee. I was so full I decided to close my eating window at 4 PM instead of the usual 6 PM. I didn’t eat anything else until I had breakfast at 9 AM this morning.

Let’s see where I will be next week. I hope I will make a streak until I lose all the excess weight!
